How We Work

1st Step:

The first step in the process is for you to submit a Travel Request Form online where we gather preliminary information about your upcoming trip. Once we’ve had a chance to go over your request we will set up a phone consultation with you.

2nd Step:

Your complimentary consultation provides us the opportunity to gather more information about you and your wishes. We will also answer any questions you may have about our company. Once you have determined that Great Escapes Vacations is able to assist you we will discuss the next steps and our retainer fee.

3rd Step:

After we’ve received the retainer fee we will begin researching your trip. We will present to you the best travel options based on what we have learned about you and your wishes from your travel request and during the phone consultation. During this time, we will answer any questions you may have about the proposal we presented you with and make any necessary adjustments.

4th Step:

Once you are satisfied with your proposal, we will walk you through the steps you’ll need to take to secure your dream vacation and any other pertinent information you’ll need to help prepare you before your departure date.
